Novare Consulting developed MicroP2 our “light-touch” method for managing small projects and programmes in response to our many clients who only run smaller projects so needed a light-touch approach. MicroP2 is a waterfall method for project management with a compatible approach for programme management. The method is simple to follow and we can support it with bespoke E-Learning. In addition we can vary the method to work with clients own in-house templates and structures
Novare Consulting provide three levels of training for project management; MicroP2 for Teams, MicroP2 for Project Managers and MicroP2 for Sponsors. This training together with E-Learning means that those working on small projects, usually with part-time teams can access all the learning and support that they need to follow a method successfully
