Novare Consulting design, develop and implement P3M Competence Frameworks to align with client career development and internal certification. We are able to either implement a professional body’s framework or implement the Novare Consulting framework or work to bespoke a client framework.
Our Competence Framework is based on the IPMA Individual Competence Baseline and supports the development of behavioural and contextual competence as well as technical competences.
We can also provide accredited or bespoke Assessment Centres. The purpose of competence assessment is to assure that P3M Managers are assigned to the roles that match their capability, reducing business risk and improving successful delivery.
Typically, we provide independent Assessors for the assessments using our accredited, experienced team, but we also work with clients to develop in-house assessors using knowledge transfer, shadowing and coaching.
We have developed a “Competence Question Bank” aligned to each competence level which can be used by clients to both test competence and support in the recruitment of new P3M Managers.
Our assessments can be carried out either face-to-face or virtually via webinar. This approach has supported clients in their accreditations with professional bodies.
