Novare Consulting have a suite of project management Master Classes to support project managers extending their knowledge and competence
Summary
These 1 day Master Classes develop competence and understanding and can be delivered in face-to-face classrooms or by virtual webinar classrooms
They are designed to support delegates in the development of their competence and understanding of a topic from IPMA Level D or equivalent level (such as PMI PMP) towards IPMA Level C
They can also be used to provide an in-depth introduction to topics such as Agile or Portfolio Management
The Master Classes are trainer led and very interactive allowing delegates to explore the topic through simulation activities
Novare Consulting clients have successfully used the Master Classes as part of a structured training programme
For each Master Class:
• There is a maximum of 15 delegates
• There are simulation exercises designed to extend competence
• Trainers act as facilitators and coaches
• Materials are provided
