Project Management (CAPM)

PMI CAPM (Certified Associate of Project Management) provides all the processes and techniques for managing and working in projects. Pre-requisites are a secondary degree (high school diploma, associate’s degree or the global equivalent) together with 23 hours of project management education completed by the time you sit the exam. The course is suitable for all Project Managers and those working in project teams

Professional (PMP)

PMI PMP (Project Management Professional) is a globally recognised qualification, also perceived as a bedrock qualification for project managers. PMP is a comprehensive certification that validates project management skills. Pre-requisites are either Option A (a four-year degree, three years leading projects and 35 hours of project management education/training) or option B (a high school diploma, an associate’s degree or global equivalent, five years leading projects and 35 hours of project management education/training). The certification is suitable for Project Managers, PMO Managers and those working in project teams
