Solution
• Provided programme manager to define the programme in response to the high level business case approval for the new site
• Led the construction of the site and planned to move over 40 manufacturing cells plus the entire Head Office
• Organised the programme into projects and phases and provided a programme planner to drive through the critical paths for change
• In the absence of a new site leadership team, developed a high level TOM through a Business Change Manager
• Helped to develop the new Senior Leadership team through targeted workshops and consulting support
• Managed risks and issues through effective programme leadership through to benefits realisation
