The client is a long-established consultancy client who wanted to design a training programme to up-skill project and programme managers. The training was designed to capture the key elements of best-olfactive but crucially to align with in-house, organisational strategies and lifecycle management. In addition we have supplied our pre-existing Master Classes and Webinars to support knowledge and competence improvement
We worked with the client through a series of workshops to develop training at project and programme level.
The courses were fully reviewed and pilots were conducted in the UK and US
The training is very interactive with a bespoke Case Study and simulation exercises for every topic. The project management course focusses on best practice aligned with PMI and APM using the client’s own terminology. The programme management training is based around Managing Successful Programmes, but tailored to meet the clients organisational structures
We refresh the training annually to ensure alignment with current in-house practices
As is our usual practice we have inducted a small group if trainers to deliver the training both in the UK and US
Feedback continues to be very positive with good improvements in competence levels and skills being measured on projects and programmes
