The client went to tender in 2018 to find project management partners to help support them to build a Project Management Academy with structured training aligned to career development at the heart. Novare Consulting were selected to be that strategic business partner to work with the core team to build the Academy and to use our pre-existing Master Classes and Webinars to support knowledge and competence improvement
Our Project Management Knowledge Topic Webinars are aimed at those relatively new to the PM profession who might be working towards their APM PMQ or PMI PMP. The webinars develop knowledge of the competence with a short test at the close. The Webinars are 90 minutes in length
Our Project Management Master Classes are 1-day events designed to deliver a clear improvement in performance and competence for the delegates
Following successful pilots, the Master Classes have been rolled out in the UK, USA and Germany
The Webinars are open to a global audience and we have had attendees from the UK. US, Germany and Singapore
For 2020 we are going to build on the Rapid Improvement Event (RIE) method to include team specific workshops to focus on specific project, programme or portfolio issues
In addition, we are developing Programme Management Master Classes to take delegates to the next level in understanding how to execute a competence in a complex environment of a programme. These Programme Management Master Classes will be based on prevailing best-practice guidance from AXELOS and require the delegates to have successfully completed their IPMA Level D, APM PMQ or PMI PMP Certification
