Foundation Certificate
Assesses whether a candidate would be able to act as an informed member of a management team using the P3O method within an environment supporting P3O
Practitioner Certificate
Assesses whether a candidate could apply P3O within an environment supporting P3O
Re-Registration (Practitioner)
The P3O Re-Registration exam should be taken by P3O Practitioners within 3-5 years of their original certification to demonstrate their commitment to Continuing Professional Development
Target Audience
P3M Managers & those working in P3M Offices or Centres of Excellence, Project Managers, Programme Managers
Pre-Requisites
No formal pre-requisites for Foundation
Practitioner delegates must hold a Foundation certificate
Re-Registration delegates must hold a Practitioner certificate
Length of Course
Foundation – 3 days
Practitioner Conversion & Re-Registration – 2 days
Foundation Exam
1 hour closed book exam of 75 multiple choice questions. Pass mark is 50%
Practitioner Exam
2.5 hour open-book (manual only) objective testing exam of 4 multi-part questions. Pass mark 50%
Practitioner Re-Registration Exam
1.5 hour open-book (manual) exam of 2 multi-part questions. Pass mark 50%
